PERFECT
ATTENDANCE

reservations center have logged a combined total of 22
years perfect attendance, which means they have had no
tardies, no personal time off nor sick time off.
Louise Carreiro and
Josephine Davison each have recorded five years perfect attendance. Each of the following have logged
three years perfect attendance: Flordeliza Aure, Linda
Fredin, Sandra Gray and Deborah Lamb. -- Judy Cotton
CONFINE
YOUR CALLS
The reservations
department is getting a lot of calls from PSA people
during peak business hours for non-revenue travel
information.
During the day -
between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. - reservations agents are busy
handling calls and queries from paying passengers.
It would make it
easier on everyone if Company personnel seeking
information on or making arrangements for non-revenue
travel would call during off-peak hours after 7 o'clock
at night and before 7 o'clock in the morning. -- David
Rood
TWO DECADES
IN RESERVATIONS
George
Offerman, left, reservations manager, congratulates
Richard Tatelman on completing 20 years service with
the department. The occasion was observed with an
informal gathering at the reservations center in
Scripps Ranch Business Park. Tatelman has held
various positions in the department before being
named support service agent. His duties include
schedule assistance to passengers of cancelled
flights.
